I am Angel, a yoga teacher and yoga therapist.

After an intermittent yoga practice for several years it wasn't until experiencing a particularly dark period in my personal life that I committed fully to the practice. I found a wonderful teacher in my home town and was touched deeply by the practice.

I decided in 2017 to complete my 200 hour Hatha Yoga training with Ojashvi Yoga Shala, to gain more wisdom and insight and deepen my personal practice. I have been studying, practicing and growing as both a student and a teacher ever since, completing my 300hr Ashtanga/Vinyasa training in 2019 and recently studying toward my 800hr advanced training in Yoga Therapy.

I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me along the way. It is my goal as a teacher is to pass this knowledge to my students, to meet them where they are, guide them on their journey of transformation, and encourage growth and self love.
